Orders

Our miniatures are not toys and contain a very small amount of lead. They should not be given to children under 14!

We endeavour to get customer orders to you as fast as possible. This can be the next day. The average time is about 5 days from receipt of order to it leaving Empress Miniatures.

HOWEVER due to other factors ranging from stock outs, shows, mould replacement, holidays, sickness etc, etc, etc there may, on occasions be a longer delay, however do not worry you WILL get your order. Some ranges we ship in from the EU and these may be delayed if we are out of stock. 

If you place an order and 'need' it urgently for a birthday or other reason drop us an e mail to let us know. E mailing us the day before you wanted it to arrive obviously does not help.

Make cheques payable to Empress Miniatures Ltd.

Postage is shown per-pack in the description of each item. Please refer to this if adding your order postage. Please note that for large orders postage and packing paid may be more than the actual cost therefore we refund any extra large amounts.

N.B. If you request a refund of an order then we will refund minus the amount the payment method charges us - sorry, but we end up out of pocket otherwise.

For orders outside the UK there is an additional £8 (£12 in the USA) to the order.

Please make your order very clear and remember to include your delivery address otherwise we cannot send it! This may not be the same as your billing address but you can easily make this happen during the checkout process.

Payment can be made by cheque, Postal Order, International Draft/Money Order and PayPal. All cheques must be drawn on a UK bank account. We do not send orders until the cheque is cleared and so this will add a small delay.
