Our miniatures are not toys and contain a very small amount of lead. They should not be given to children under 14!

We endeavour to get customer orders to you as fast as possible. This can be the next day. However due to other factors ranging from stock, mould replacement, holidays, etc, there can be a small delay. The average time is about 5 days from receipt of order to it leaving Empress Miniatures.

Postage is shown per-pack in the description of each item. Please refer to this if adding your order postage. Please note that for large orders postage and packing paid may be more than the actual cost therefore we refund any extra amounts.

N.B. We are unable to register post to PO box addresses and so cannot take any responsibility for delivery.

For orders outside the UK please add an additional £8 (£12 in the USA) to the order.

Please make your order very clear and remember to include your delivery address otherwise we cannot send it!

Payment can be made by cheque, Postal Order, International Draft/Money Order and PayPal. All cheques must be drawn on a UK bank account. We do not send orders until the cheque is cleared and so this will add a small delay.
