Cold War Soviet VDV - Paratroops - early 1980's

The Soviet VDV (Paratroops) were considered the elite force of the Soviet warmachine. Thus making them able adversaries for the Empress Miniatures British Army of the Rhine. Empress also sells all of the relevant vehicles necessary to round off your force.

Soviet Paratroopers - VDV-

Troops wear a mixture of the khaki coloured jump overalls and the light green coloured coveralls with hood.

The VDV beret is light blue.
