I came across Empress miniatures by pure luck when surfing for figures for my model railway. It has changed the whole subject of said railway. As the former owner of 'Soldiering On, producer of toy type figures, an early retirement occupation that had to be retired due to arthritis in my hands. I was on the lookout for items that would be easy to paint but be realistic. These figures and vehicles etc fit the bill perfectly. Having known many veterans of WW1, in my fertile imagination I can assign those names to each figure they are that! good keep up the good work
