Hi, Its that time of year when parents and grandparents, etc, order items for their loved one. PLEASE NOTE. We do not recommend our products for under 14’s. The packs can require some assembly and are not toys. If in doubt e mail us on mail@empressminiatures.com and we will answer any questions. We are endeavouring to get all outstanding orders out before our production plant closes for Christmas on Friday 20/12/24. We cannot guarantee delivery on orders placed the week before Christmas as once sent its in the hands of the postal services who are obviously busy. But as always we will do everything we can to ensure that customers are happy.
