Many of our items are produced by our suppliers and there can be delays. Stock levels shown in the online shop will not always reflect true levels due to orders that come from off-site etc.
Additionally, there are currently unavoidable delays with orders to America. Homeland Security has adopted a policy of checking most incoming mail and many parcels and packets are being held for up to four weeks. We apologise for this, but it is beyond our control. We are always happy to update you on the status of your order if contacted. All orders to Europe and the US are sent using a trackable service, so we can normally tell you where your order is within 24 hours.

For orders within Europe but outside the UK please add an additional £3.50 to order.
For orders outside Europe ( U.S., Australia etc.) the additional charge is £5.00.
